Our work included sourcing a 5 km² high-grade copper mine, securing two smelters, implementing hydrometallurgical processing, arranging ore supply agreements, and structuring US$16.25M in project financing.
Within 12 months, the operation reached full production — 180,000 MT/year of ore and up to 5,280 MT/year of 99.8% copper cathode — with strong sales channels and high profitability.
The project not only delivered impressive investor returns but also boosted local employment and infrastructure in the copper belt.
